All weather jacket (be prepared for winter or spring weather, we have had both)

Tennis Shoes for walking or exercise

Wine and snacks to share or stash

Flashlight
Extra blanket (if you tend to get cold)
- Retreat is almost here! What you may want to bring for workshops:
---yoga mat & cushion or blanket to sit on & possibly a pillow (yoga, shamanic journey)
---a thimble if needed for sewing & a small charm or talisman to hang from your Heart of Harmony craft project
---a journal & / or sketch book & writing implement for the journal walk and to write love notes and to record special insights and memories that may come up for you for the Sharing Circle
---a picture or other symbol of the loss you are grieving for the Good Grief workshop
---offering for the closing ceremony (optional - goes to the church)
---a drum or rhythm instrument in case spontaneous drumming breaks out (it has been known to happen)
---a personal drinking glass, wine glass, coffee mug so it's easy to id which is yours (totally optional) NOTE: no glass in hot tubs please
